Dimraeth's announced Early Access Act I character level cap is 25. That is the player-character limit described for the launch scope. A pet level, a skill-point total, a dungeon difficulty or a level reached in an older Demo is a different number.
Reaching the cap does not mean every skill-tree node can be purchased or every activity is finished. The tree offers many more choices than a single character can take, and repeatable activities provide reasons to keep developing equipment and collecting materials.
Dimraeth level cap and progression numbers
| Number or label | What it refers to | What it does not prove |
|---|---|---|
| Level 25 | Announced Early Access Act I character cap | A final 1.0 cap |
| Roughly 60 skill points | Approximate Early Access build budget in the tree explanation | A fixed points-per-level formula |
| A pet described as level 5 | That pet's progression context | A player-character level cap of 5 |
| A character currently at level 22 or 23 | Progress reached at that moment | The highest possible level |
| A higher-level old Demo character | An earlier progression environment | A contradiction of the later Act I limit |

The skill tree contains far more options than a single Early Access character can select. Tree size and the player's available points are different limits.
Training attributes and gaining levels
Earned experience participates in attribute training. Do not assume that an experience gain immediately means the desired attribute has increased or that you have already spent the resulting skill points.
Check the training interaction and the current character values. If a spellbook requires an attribute you have not raised, earning more experience without completing the appropriate training step does not satisfy that requirement.
Race and class affect attribute-training costs in the documented system. That influences the route toward a build, but it does not establish a different announced level cap for each race. The Dimraeth character creation guide explains the selection context.
Level 25 does not unlock the whole tree
The combined race, class and archetype tree contains hundreds of nodes. The approximate Early Access skill-point budget is deliberately much smaller. Plan around the actions and interactions you want rather than expecting to fill the entire tree after reaching the cap.
Do not calculate a final build by multiplying 25 by a guessed points-per-level reward. Recorded progression comments include different impressions of point gains, and the available material does not provide a complete level-by-level and quest-reward ledger.
Use the points actually available to your character when following a path. Count the connecting nodes as well as the destination. The Dimraeth skill-tree guide explains why a desired keystone's position matters to the total investment.
Activities after the Act I story
The launch-scope explanation includes repeatable dungeons and bosses through the guild hall after the relevant progression. Deeds are therefore an activity to investigate when you want additional encounters or materials after advancing the story.
This is different from assuming a defeated story boss will simply reappear at the same world location. Check the repeatable activity's entry and conditions instead of waiting indefinitely at an empty encounter site.
Equipment work, spellbook materials and remaining quests can also give a capped character useful objectives. A missing material for a book is not automatically solved by another character level, and improving the active loadout can matter even when the level display stops increasing.
The Dimraeth crafting guide separates crafting, reinforcement and material requirements. It can help identify a concrete next task rather than treating all progression as experience farming.
Future caps and unverified cap behaviour
Discussion of a higher final-release level was an estimate, not a confirmed 1.0 limit. Do not plan a supposedly complete final build around that estimate as though the point budget and tree were already fixed.
The available material also does not establish exactly what happens to all earned experience at the cap: whether it is banked, discarded or later converted is not confirmed here. Do not grind under a promise of automatic carryover that has not been established.
Use 25 as the announced Act I planning boundary and check the installed version when later updates change progression. That keeps current character planning separate from older Demo records and future-release expectations.
